Studio A. Ferraresi – AF Engineering provides fire-protection design for new buildings and renovations of existing structures, typically as part of integrated design or construction management packages. Eng. Andrea Ferraresi is a certified fire protection engineer in accordance with Italian Law 818/84. The objective of this service is to ensure compliance with the fire safety requirements established by the regulations and to obtain the Fire Prevention Certificate (CPI) for commercial and industrial activities with high risk (Category C) as defined by the law.
Our in-depth knowledge of construction processes, combined with the wide range of building types, case studies and clients we have worked with over nearly a century, and above all, our specific expertise in the mechanical, chemical and electrotechnical industries and their production processes (an integral part of the firm’s DNA), allows us to anticipate potential risks and to design the architectural, building services and fire protection aspects of each project in an integrated and coordinated way.
